DUE TO THE COLLECTABLE & VALUABLE NATURE OF OUR ITEMS,
RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
or INCORRECT ITEMS RECIEVED.
If you receive an incorrect or item damaged during shipping please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Prior approval from us will be required before returning any item. Once approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for processing an exchange or refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS:

The item must be returned in its original packaging, properly secured for shipping.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received in acceptable condition.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Each order is thoroughly visually inspected & photographed before shipment to ensure it matches your purchase.
Minor Manufacturing Defects
Some models may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality, usability, or value. These may include:

minor defects on the packaging.
It is rare to find a model in perfect condition; therefore, such details are considered normal and are not covered by our return policy.

Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
Once an order is confirmed and paid, any request to modify or cancel it will incur a 10% fee based on the total order amount.

Lost or Stolen Parcel Policy
Your order’s security is important to us. However, once a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, with proof of delivery (photo, signature, or official notice), our responsibility ends in the event of loss or theft.
What we will do:

We will contact the carrier to report the incident and attempt to obtain compensation (results are not guaranteed).
What you can do:

Check your surroundings (neighbors, building manager, mailbox, etc.).

Contact the carrier to open a claim.

Contact your credit card issuer – some cards offer theft protection after delivery.

File a police report for stolen goods.
